It is with sadness the family of Jacqueline Millis wish to announce her passing which occurred on June 11, 2026, at the DECH.  Born January 13, 1953, in Campbellton, NB, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Eva (Hachey) Millis,

 Jacqueline was Roman Catholic by faith.  Prior to her retirement, she was employed with the Province of New Brunswick in the Finance Department for 37 years.  One of her favorite past times was relaxing and reading a good book.

Jacqueline is survived by her 3 children; Jason Chiasson of Campbellton, Rachel Chiasson (Steve Ouellette) of Val d’Amour, NB, and Mark Chiasson (Melissa Coutange) of Moncton, NB, her four grandchildren always held a special place in her heart, Tyler, Jared, Lucas and Brooke. She is also survived by her sisters Irene Levesque (Fernand) of Campbellton and Anne Millis of Toronto, and her niece Michelle Chiasson.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brothers; George of Montreal, John, Terrance and Donald, all of Campbellton.

Arrangements are under the care of Bishop’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, 540 Woodstock Road (506-458-1885).  Respecting her wishes, following cremation, a private graveside service will take place at the Hermitage Cemetery.  For those who wish, remembrances made to the Fredericton, SPCA, would be appreciated.
