It is with great sadness that the family of Deborah Williams of Scotch Lake NB announce her passing at the York Care Center on Saturday, January 31st, 2026. Born in Fredericton NB, and a daughter of Clara & the late Manford Billings, she was 71 years old.

Debbie worked for the Provincial Government for over 40 years until her retirement. She loved being outdoors & especially watching the hummingbirds coming & going. 

Survived by her husband Frankie of Scotch Lake, two children Melissa (Marc) of Fredericton & Dana (Sara) of Alberta, three grandchildren Kayley, Aubrey & Evan as well as special friends Emily & Amy.

At the request of family, there will be no service, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. For those who may wish to do so, memorial donations in memory of Debbie may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada, Parkinsons Canada or the Fredericton SPCA.

The family deeply appreciates the excellent personal care and compassion given by the staff at York Care Center during her time there.
