The family of Christopher Kenneth Rickard are sad to announce his passing at his home in Fredericton, NB, on November 10, 2025.  He was born in Fredericton, NB, on March 27, 1959, to his parents, the late Kenneth and Marion (Merritt) Rickard.

Christopher is survived by his partner, Denise LaPointe; Janice Lutes and his daughters Michelle and Rhonda and his loving grandchildren; his nephews David, Matthew and Craig and their families. He will be missed by his "best kitty" Sook, whom he loved dearly.

In addition to his parents, Christopher was predeceased by his sisters, Kathy Watt and Jackie Bryanton.

Christopher was known for his big heart and his hard work ethic. He was self-employed in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry. He was a past President with the Kinsmen Club in Fredericton; he loved watching sports especially his Chicago Cubs and Boston Bruins. He was also an avid golfer.

In keeping with Christopher’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date, to be announced.
