The passing of David Alexander (Alex) LeBarron of
Fredericton, NB, husband of Ruthann (Shepard) LeBarron, occurred
suddenly on December 31, 2023.
Alex & Ruthann loved traveling, camping, and going to
church. Alex was a very kind and loving husband. In his younger years,
enjoyed driving taxi. He always liked to keep busy, never
seen a stranger and was willing to help anyone. Alex retired from
Sudexo Foods at UNB several years ago.
Alex is survived by his wife Ruthann (Shepard) LeBarron;
stepson, Joseph Watson (Brenda); step-grandchildren; Kala, April,
Thomas, Lenore, Sara and Carter, Travis and Emily; sister-in-law
Sandra Edmondson (Jim), brother-in-law Ned Shepard (Cathy);
sister-in-law Marjorie Brawn (Terry), sister-in-law Carol Yerxa
(Richard); sister-in-law MaryEllen Nealis (Bill), along with many
nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by father David LeBarron, mother Edith and
stepfather Cecil Piasetzki, brother Lloyd LeBarron, stepson Jeff
Watson, and stepdaughter in-law Carol Watson.
Visitation will take place on January 4, 2024, between 6 and
8 PM Bishop Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Rd, Fredericton, NB. Funeral
January 5, 2024 at 2 PM Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock
Rd, Fredericton, NB with Ven. Paul Ranson officiating. Interment will
take place in the spring in the Keswick Cemetery.
