The family of Patricia May Miles are very sad to announce her sudden passing at her home in Fredericton NB on November 9th, 2023. Patricia was born in Fredericton NB on January 1st, 1938 to her parents, the late Bud and Billie (Boddington) Miles. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her brothers, Gilbert (Norma), Donald (Kay), Wiff (Cookie), Ralph (Shelia), her very young twin brothers Joseph and Arthur as well as her two favorite dogs, Mocha and Nikki
Pat is survived by her sisters, Jill Miles and Peggy Banks; brothers, Albert (Dot), George (Bette), Charlie (Cheryl); close nephews, Wally and Tim Banks and Abby Miles as well as many, nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins whom she loved dearly.
Pat worked for many years as the office manager at Fredericton Cable where she met people from across the province. She was an avid fan of any sport, enjoyed spending time with her family at her cottage on Grand Lake and truly enjoyed volunteering and fundraising for the Dr. Everett Chalmers Region Hospital Foundation.
Visitation will be held at Bishops Funeral Home on Wednesday November 15th from 5-8pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday November 16th at St. Anne’s Chapel of Ease, 245 Westmorland Street, Fredericton NB at 11am and followed by a committal in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery.
