In Loving Memory of

She is also survived by her Brother Walter Paul (Susan) as well as many nieces and nephews. Connie is predeceased by her parents Walter Paul Sr. and Marie Paul, her Sister Maryann Peace, and her loving Husband Harold LaPorte.

Connie was a quiet but fierce Wolastoqey Woman. She had a deep love for her culture and for keeping the Wolastoqey Language alive.

Connie was a homemaker for most of her life. She loved caring for her daughter and later her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She also spent time teaching the children of Sitansisk the Wolastoqey language over the years.

Connie loved to spend time with her family, especially her brother Walter and his wife Susan, who was also Connies best friend. They loved to regularly dine out. Connie was the "Dairy Queen".

Connie will be resting at her home, 30 Paul Street, St. Mary’s First Nation. Visitation will take place Friday November 3rd beginning at 2pm to Sunday November 5th at noon. There will be no funeral service and no burial. Her ashes will be spread where Harry’s are spread, Lake George NB.
