It is with broken hearts that after the 2 week loss of our father and grandfather Hollis Leckey that we announce the sudden loss of our mother and grandmother Kathy Leckey, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Monday, Sept.18, 2023.

Mom was the youngest of 3 girls her sisters Susan McGraw (Yogie)and Carolyn Lemon (Rodney) She grew up in Chipman NB. She was nicknamed Chatty Kathy by her father Everett when she was a young girl, and anybody who knew her in their life knew the name suited her perfectly. She could carry a conversation with anybody about anything. Mom always put her family first.

This unexpected loss of 2 parents this close together is devastating, our only comfort is in knowing they are together again holding hands and being at peace.

There will be no funeral service or viewing. We will have a celebration of life for mom and dad together at a later time.

Until we are together again we say I love you mom and dad forever and ever. And from their grandson Andrew Leckey (kayla) and great grandson Kayson they to will love you forever and ever. Be at peace ...love your daughter Stephanie Palmer(matt)and your son Shawn Leckey and you furbabies Precious, Alvin and BW XOXO
