It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Justin Albert Moxon of Fredericton at home on May 16th, 2023. He was 36. Born in Yarmouth Nova Scotia, he was a son of Brenda Messervey and Dana Moxon.

Besides his parents, Justin is survived by his common law partner Catherine Brooks, one son Jessie Eric Maverick Moxon whom was the light of his life and his biggest gift to the world one brother Clayton Moxon (Tiffany) of Halifax NS, his grandfather Albert Messervey of Yarmouth NS, a niece & a nephew Brooke and Blake Moxon both of Halifax NS. And his grandmother Lili Moxon.

He was predeceased by his grandmother Linda Messervey & grandfather Richard Moxon and a son at childbirth.

Justin was employed as a Station Lead with Air Canada. His passion was spending as much time as possible with his son. Justin loved the wilderness, especially fishing and playing guitar and motorcycle.

At the family’s request there will be no visitation or funeral services.

For those who wish, donations in Justin’s memory can be made to the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital Volunteer Program or the Oncology Department.
