It is with deep sadness, we announce the passing of Roxan David at her home in Fredericton on Tuesday January 18, 2023 at the age of 39, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Magalang, Pampanga in the Philippines, she was a daughter of Danilo and Marcelina (Cunanan) David.

Previous to coming to Canada, Roxan worked as an Interior Designer in Dubai. She was a very social person who loved interacting with people. She brought her love of decorating to Canada and also enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Besides her parents, she is also survived by her loving husband Jaypee Cortez Nacu; her daughter Franz Louise Nacu; sisters Rosalie David and Rina David both in the Philippines; several nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church on Saturday January 21st 2023 at 1 PM. Contributions to a Living Memorial Education Fund in memory of Roxan would be appreciated by the family. Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton have been entrusted with the arrangements.
