It is with profound
sadness and much love that we mourn the passing of Terrance F. Gamble
on September 9, 2022, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers
Hospital.
Born January 22,
1947, Terry will be deeply missed by his wife Johanne, sons Andrew (In
Jung) of Busan, South Korea and Nicholas of Douglas, NB, and
stepchildren Daniel and Sara
Clements.
Terry was
pre-deceased by his parents, Anna and Kenneth Gamble, and a brother,
Kenny.
Terry was involved
as a volunteer firefighter in Keswick Ridge, the Boy Scouts Canada at
Yoho Lake, a member of IRWA and the Elks Club. He was employed for 37
years with the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. He
loved boating, fishing, and hunting. While living at Yoho Lake, he
liked to have friends over for barbecue and bonfires. He played
fastball in his younger years and the Boston Red Sox were his favorite
team.
Thank you to all
the medical staff in Acute Care, 4SW and 3SW, the wonderful paramedics
and everyone at the Hemodialysis
Clinic.
Visitation will be
held from 2 to 4 p.m. at Bishop's Funeral Home and Crematorium 540
Woodstock Road on Wednesday September 14,
2022.
For those who wish,
donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Diabetes
Canada, or charity of donor's choice. Interment to be held at a later
date.
