It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our dear sister Lorraine Rosamond Gregory on August 26, 2022. She was the wife of the late Robyn Gregory (2018). She was born in Saint John, NB on February 28, 1941, and was the daughter of the late George Owen Lee and Veronica Lorraine (Riley) Lee.

Rosamond spent all her working years at the Royal Bank, Queen Street Branch. She was well respected by the many clients she dealt with. She made lasting friendships with her co-workers which continued many years after her retirement. When she wasn't working, she spent her time at the cottage at Magaguadavic Lake. She was an avid knitter and we all enjoyed the fruits of her labor. She also spent many hours canning vegetables from Robyn's garden. Rosie remained very close to her high school friends and enjoyed many trips with them over the years.

She is survived by her brother Norman (Deborah) Lee, Dartmouth NS. Sisters, Sandra (Edward) Grant, Fredericton, NB. Linda Lee, Saint John NB. Karen (Steve) Gilliss, Richmond, ON. Nancy (Tim) Williston, Fredericton, NB. Brother in law, David (Shirley) Gregory, Charters Settlement, NB. Sister in law, Charlotte (Tony) Kozij, Ottawa, ON. Nieces and Nephews: Kelly Grant (Tim Pfeiffer), Vero Beach, FL. John Grant (Doyeon Kim), Fredericton, NB. Mallory Gilliss (Stefan Kruse), Fredericton, NB. Allison Gilliss, Ottawa, ON. Patrick Hanson (Chantele Robinson), Fredericton, NB. Darrell (Sonia) Hanson, Moncton, NB. Tracie Cameron, Beaver Dam, NB. Chris, Greg, Cathy Kozij, Ottawa, ON. Michael Kozij, BC and several great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by our aunt Theresa (Doe) Wanamaker and several cousins.

Rosie spent the last three years of her life at Parkland and she told us several times it was the best decision we ever made for her.

We want to thank the staff for their kindness and concern during her stay. The family is most grateful. Also thanks to staff at the Chalmers and Oromocto Hospital for their care. A celebration of her life will be held at the Fredericton Inn on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Should you so desire, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
