Douglas Wesley Donnelly passed away at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital on September 15, 2021. 

He was born on April 30, 1939, in Kingsclear and was raised by his grandparents Simon and Bertha (Goodine) Donnelly.

He had been a resident of Eden's Retirement Villa on Harold Doherty Court in Fredericton for the last 7 years and really enjoyed his stay there. 

Doug was survived by his daughters, Rosemary Donnelly (Gerald Kitchen) and her daughter Leona (Colin) and Lily Mitchell of Fredericton and

Valerie Coughlan of Fredericton and her son Neal (Rosie) Ryver, Denver and Annabelle Donnelly of Ancaster, Ontario. As well as the mother of his children Anne Graham, Brockway NB and many cousins in New Brunswick and Ontario.

He was predeceased by his daughter Leona Anne in 1976, and a son Neal Wesley in 1983.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Bishops Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton.

There will be no visitation as per his wishes, and an interment will take place at a later date. Remembrances can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
