Cyril was Roman Catholic by faith and a
parishioner of Saint Dunstan’s Catholic Church in
Fredericton. He was known for his kindness, selflessness,
and devotion to family. Cyril was an avid supporter of local
hockey and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren
at hockey rinks far and wide. He also enjoyed watching
hockey and curling events and, as a proud Newfoundlander, always
cheered on teams from "The Rock". He shared his
love of travel and camping with his family for many years and was
regarded as an experienced navigator and trip planner. Cyril
also enjoyed cribbage and bingo; interests he lovingly shared with his
