Doris G. Tapley, wife of the late Glen Tapley, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the Dr. Everett Chalmer Hospital. Born at The Barony, NB on June 21, 1940. Doris was the daughter of George and Irene (Carson) Lockhard, special parents Angus and Hilda (Carson) MacMullin and step-mother Mabel Lockhard.

Doris survived by her family; Ellen Tapley (John Scoville), Daryl and Pauline Tapley, Floyd and Julie Tapley, grandchildren; John and Karo Tapley, David, Rachel, Ryan and Sarah Tapley, sisters by different parents; Irene Lorette, Helena Bennett and Maxine Jewett, in laws; Nancy Lockhard, Helen MacMullin, Myrna and Ken Sloat, aunt Doris Carson as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents and husband, Doris was predeceased by an infant daughter, Anne Marie Tapley, two brothers; Lloyd Lockhard and Marven MacMullin and her sister Ruth Charters.

Bishops Funeral Home, Fredericton NB, have been entrusted with her arrangements. There will be no visitation or service at this time.
