It is with broken hearts that the family of Troy Patrick Thomas Murray of Rusagonis, NB, announces his passing at his home on October 11, 2020. Troy was 48 years old. Born in Fredericton NB, he was the son of the Ralph and Marlyne (McLeod) Murray.

Troy will be deeply missed by his mother, Marlyne; his partner, Amanda Wilson; sisters, Ann Murray-Edwards (Danny), Maureen Murray (Robert); nieces, Tasha (Jared) Dionne, Kelsey Murray; nephews, Dawson Murray-Edwards, Matthew Casey and his great-nephews, Cole and Peyton. Also left to mourn his passing are his two much loved chihuahua’s, Conway and Roxie. Troy made many friends, and once you became a friend, he considered you to be his family, he will be dearly missed by all his extended family. In addition to his father, Ralph, he was predeceased by several aunts and uncles.

Troy, along with his business partner, friend, and brother-in-law Danny Edwards, were the owners of N&D Excavating. Troy was a hard working "entrepreneur extraordinaire" that could run, fix or drive any piece of machinery that he encountered. He loved older cars and trucks.

A public visitation will be held at Bishops Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Rd, Fredericton, NB, on Tuesday October 13th, and Wednesday October 14th, from 3pm-7pm each day.  Staff will be on hand to assist with Covid restrictions and guidelines.

To protect loved ones from Covid 19 and meet the guidelines of Public Health there will be a private family service to be held at Bishops Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday October 15 at 11am with Father John Jennings as the celebrant. The service will be by invite only.  Interment will take place in the St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery following the service.
