It is with great sadness that the family of Morris Cockerill of Fredericton NB, announce his passing on September 23rd, 2020, at Hospice House Fredericton. He was 94 years old. Born in Luther Township ON, he was a son of the late William and Margorie Cockerill.
Morris will be deeply missed by his wife Gladys, children; Barbara, William Stanley, Wayne and Bruce (Lois), step-children; Ronald (Sandra), Brent (Rhea), Karen Ann (Kevin) and Kelly, step brother Vernon Rae as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Margorie Elizabeth Maude.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place in the Sunpoke Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Morris may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
