With his loving wife of 33 years by his side, Brian Stephen Deveau of Keswick, passed away on June 24th, 2015, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital.  He was born in Kingston, ON in 1948.

Survived by his wife, Rhona (Burgoyne), his mother Bertha, brother’s Alfred, Stephen, sister Linda, of Yarmouth, NS, 3 step-daughters, Christina Appleby, Yvonne (Darin) Evans, Gina (Kevin) Papineau-Couture and 6 beautiful step-grandchildren; aunts and cousins. 

Humour was one of his best qualities. He enjoyed shuffle board and darts with his friends. He was a member of the Canadian Military for 20 years, and the Corps of Commissionaires for 25 years. He was also a member the Royal Canadian Legion Branches #93 Oromocto, #44 Chester, NS, and Branch #4 Fredericton, consecutively for 35 years.

Visitation will be held at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 beginning at 12 Noon with service immediately following at 1:00 PM from Bishops Funeral Home Chapel. Father John Jennings will officiate. Interment in the Hermitage Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Association.
