The Passing of William "Bill" Fred Ladds of Maugerville NB, occurred at his home on June 9, 2015. He was 81. Born July 31 1933 in Maugerville, he was the son of the Late Alexander and Freda (Thorne) Ladds.
Predeceased by his wife Carol Ann (Banks) Ladds, a sister Mary Mildred Ladds and his twin brother Cecil Ladds
Bill was a woodsman in his younger years and later was employed as a truck driver for 25 years. He loved working with horses and owned a number of work horses.
Bill is survived by; one son Alexander William Ladds of Maugerville; two daughters Jennifer Lynn Williams (Raymond) and Janet Leigh Ladds (Larry) all of Maugerville; eleven grandchildren, Melissa, Kevin, Hayley, Cole, Jesse James, Jaxson, Mitch, Carly, R.J., Alexander and Carter; one brother Bertram Ladds of Maugerville; two sisters, Eva Seely of Maugerville and Shirley Sweeney of Upper Durham; several nieces nephews and cousins.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday June 10 from 3:30-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM. A funeral Service will be held from Bishop’s Funeral Home chapel on Thursday June 11 at 2 PM with Rev Michael Trail officiating. Interment will take place in the Upper Maugerville Baptist Cemetery,
