The passing of Allan "Al" Curtis Ingraham of Scotch Lake, NB, husband of Juanita A. (Bennett) Ingraham, victoriously completed his earthy journey and went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the age of 67. Al passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital surrounded by his family and dear friends.

Al was born in Fredericton on August 2, 1947 to the late Myrtle (Finnie) Ingraham. He was the step-son of the late Charlie Finnie. Al was Chaplain with Bridges of Canada (formerly known as Cons for Christ) and was a faithful and much loved member of Smythe Street Cathedral. Al worked tirelessly ministering to improve the lives of inmates and their families, the homeless, drug addicts and alcoholics providing them with spiritual support and counselling as well as food and clothing.  He always said, "everyone deserves a way to enjoy a life of purpose and meaning." Al was instrumental in leading Overcomers Groups and was a very involved with "Operation Blessing" and organizing prison crusades and gospel singspirations.  Al’s life was dedicated to helping those less fortunate and helping those involved in the criminal system make their way back to the community as law-abiding citizens.

Al is survived by his wife of 24 years, Juanita; three children, Gary Ingraham and Terri Ingraham (Allan) both of Moncton and Billy Ingraham (Debbie) of Edmonton, Alberta; grandchildren, Taryn, Jonathan, Kaitlyn, Stacey, Joshua and Isaiah and great grandchildren, Connor, Meeyah, Lilly Mae and Faith. Al also leaves behind two sisters, Diane and Donna Gillies of Fredericton; two aunts, Thelma Titus (Fred) of Fredericton and Ruth Bruce (Carl) of Maugerville and a special uncle Don Finnie of Scotch Lake. Besides his parents, a grandson Noah predeceased him.

The family will receive condolences at Smythe Street Cathedral, 913 Smythe St., Fredericton on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 12:00 Noon until 1:45 PM followed by service time at 2:00 PM. The service celebrating Al’s life will be officiated by Rev. Jim Lewis and Rev. Verner Drost. Honorary pallbearers will be Dave Hardy, Russ Newton, Steve Harris, Matt Martin, Harris DeWolfe, Don Finnie, Keith Coughlan, Darrell Fullarton and Jimmy Lockhart.
