At the Oromocto Public hospital on April 6 2015, Russell Perley Hayward of Waasis NB passed away peacefully at the age of 66.  Born in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Daniel and Florence (McCoy) Hayward.

Russell was catholic by faith and retired as a Federal Civil servant from CFB Gagetown.

Survived by his wife Marie (Hilda) (Godin) Hayward of Waasis; sister Leah Essensa (Richard) of Waasis; niece Lindsay; nephews Dylan and Robert (Danielle); sisters in law Jackie Lovely and Yvette Godin and several cousins.

Besides his parents Russell was predeceased by his brother Gerald Lee Hayward.

Visitation hours will be on Wednesday April 8 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM from Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton.

Funeral Services on Thursday April 9 2015 at 12 Noon from St Francis of Assisi Church 2130 Rte. 102 HWY, Lincoln NB With Father Mark Trzop  officiating.

The family has suggested that memorial contributions be of the donor’s choice.

Pallbearers will be; Willard Crawford, William Foshay, Darrell Lovely, George Hayter, Joseph Rogers and Linwood Lawrence. 

Honorary pallbearers will be; Al Demerchant, Allison (Bud) Donovan, Trevor Watt, Richard Essensa, Dan Goodine and Durlin (Mano) Esliger.
