It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Alice Laura Emond of Fredericton, NB. Alice passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, on Monday, March 2, 2015 at the age of 69.

Born January 29, 1946 at Carroll’s Crossing, NB, she was a daughter of the late Hedley and Nellie Madelene (Forrester) Price. Alice was a homemaker and Catholic by faith.

Alice is survived by her daughter, Helen Graham of Fredericton and two sons, Teddy of Fredericton and Patrick of Saint John; five grandchildren, Tommy Mallaley of Woodstock, NB, Michael Mallaley of Fredericton, Brandie Sullivan (Barry) of Fredericton, Patrick Emond and Jada Emond both of Moncton; several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Alice was predeceased by sisters, Mary Bransfield, Marjorie King and Ellamae Bransfield and by brothers, Bill, Ernest and Jack Price.

A special thanks to her nephew Jim Price and sister-in-law Wanda Price for all their love and support.

The family has requested no visitation. A memorial service will be held from Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at a later date.
