It is with sad hearts that the family of Maurice A. Mazerall of Doak Road announce his passing on January 31, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital.  He was 92.  Born in Mazerolle Settlement he was the son of the late Sandy and Dora (Essency) Mazerall.

Maurice is survived by his wife Mavis (MacKinnon), their children, Fern Forrest (Bernie) of Nasonworth, Harvey (Cathy) of Fredericton, Gordon (Donna) of Fredericton, Terry (Bonnie) of Saint John, Richard (Nicole) of Fredericton and Travis (Leanne) of Fredericton., 5 grandchildren, Todd, Tiana, Tara, Ryan and Craig.  He is also survived by 3 sisters Glenna Lapointe of Victoria BC, Rhea Reilly of Fredericton and Rhona Ridgeway of Ottawa, as well as numerous nieces nephews and cousins.  Besides his parents he was predeceased by 2 sisters, Marina Boyle and Pearl Kenny and 5 brothers Lewis, Stanley, Robert, Aubrey and Charlie.

Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Tuesday February 3, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish on February 4 2015 at 12 Noon with Father Monte Peters officiating.  Interment will be held in St Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Hanwell at a later date.

Donations in memory of Maurice may be made to the St. Mary’s Cemetery fund or a charity of the donor’s choice.
