It is with sad hearts that the family of Ralph Irwin Taylor of Fredericton, beloved husband of Valerie (Ellis) Taylor, announces his passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Friday, December 12, 2014. Ralph was 86. Born October 12, 1928 at Bridgetown, NS, he was a son of the late John Leander Taylor and Myrtle (Norman) Taylor.

Ralph was a member of the Church of England and was a retired  member of the Canadian Armed Forces having proudly served with the R.C.A.F. for 30 years.                                     

He leaves behind his dear wife of 60 years, Valerie; sons,  Jeffrey (Agatha) of Yarmouth, NS and David (Charlene) of Fredericton; 3 much loved and adored grandchildren, Celeste, Megan and Jordan; a number of nieces and nephews. Ralph was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Besides his parents, Ralph was predeceased by a son Douglas; 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or service. A graveside committal service will be held in the Sunny Bank Cemetery at a later date.
