The passing of Sheila Yvonne Randall of Lincoln, NB, beloved wife of Lloyd S. Randall, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 4, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Burtt’s Corner, NB on October 20, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Burdella (White) Brown.

Sheila was a Homemaker all her life and she was Baptist by faith.

Sheila was devoted to her family and leaves behind her husband of 56 years, Lloyd S. Randall; daughters, Lorraine (Doug) Schriver of Fredericton and Wendy (Randy) Baxter of Saint John; sons, Douglas (Cindy) Randall of Waasis and Glenn (Brenda) Randall of Alberta;  7 grandchildren, Blake and Adam Schriver, Andrew and Jessie Randall, Ryan Boyce, Nick and Emma Baxter; three brothers, Eric (Ann) Brown of Tracy, John (Lois) Brown of Kingsley and Philip Brown of Fredericton; two sisters, Rhoda Crouse and Kathryn Lavigne both of Fredericton; brother-in-law, Darrel Stewart of Fredericton; 3 sisters-in-law, Wilma (Randall) Peacock, Irene (Tony) Damias and Violet (Garnett) Tyler; a number of nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Sheila was predeceased by sisters, Brenda Brown and Loretta Stewart; brothers, Stanley Louis Brown and Keith Brown and brothers-in-law, Curtis Crouse and Ronnie Lavigne and a sister-in-law Grace Gahan (Johnny).

There will be no visitation. A memorial service celebrating Sheila’s life will be held from Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at  2:00 PM. Rev. Steve Ranni will officiate. Interment to follow in the Lower Lincoln Cemetery.

Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Cancer Society or the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

The family wish to thank the Doctors and Nurses on the Palliative Care Unit at the DECH for their excellent care and kindness and also the Bay Shore Home Care workers for their home support and services.
