The passing of Warren Ross Creelman of Fredericton, NB occurred on Thursday, September 4, 2014. He was 84 years old. Born in Halfway Brook, Colchester County, NS, he was a son of the late Hedley and Jessie (Johnson) Creelman. Warren was a gentle man and loving father who ran a grocery store with his brother in the 50’s and 60’s. He then worked as an accountant until his retirement.
Warren is survived by his wife Helen (Johnson) Creelman, one daughter Janet Creelman (Pat) of Toronto, one son David Creelman (Gina Barton) of Rothesay, NB, one sister Gladys Workman of Langley, BC, two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Ben, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Helen and Mary, and five brothers Walter, Gordon, Kenneth, Donald and Allan. The family wishes to thank nurse Megan for her kindness.
A memorial service will be held at Wilmot United Church, 473 King Street, Fredericton, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 7th with Rev. Rose-Hannah Gaskin officiating. Interment will take place in Nova Scotia at a later date.
Following the service, a reception will be held at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
