The passing Derma Irene Crouse of York Manor, Fredericton , NB , occurred on Tuesday, April 1, 2014.  Born on March 25, 1918, in Hainesville , NB , she was the daughter of  the late Freeman and Elizabeth (Belyea) Hanson.

 Derma is survived by her daughters, Darlene Brewer (Bernard), Sharlene Crouse (Jerry Renteria), sons, Gerald Crouse (Carole), Stanley Crouse (Ardith) and Paul Crouse (Susan), sister, Joan Haines and sister-in-law, Doris Hanson, several grandchildren, great grandchildren,  2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Derma is predeceased by two sons, Phillip Crouse and Laurel Crouse, sisters, Ida Hanson, Ola Brewer, Florence Stewart and Violet Hanson, and brothers Ashley and Stanley Hanson.

There will be no visitation by request. A private family service will be held at Bishops Funeral Home with Rev. Carl and Evelyn Brewer officiating. Interment at a later date in the Zealand Cemetery. Remembrances made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or any charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
