At the Chalmers Regional Hospital on May 17th, 2012, Dale Frederick George McIntyre of Fredericton, NB, passed away. Predeceased by his mother Margaret (Arthur), his father George and his brother Glenn.

Survived by his wife Elisabeth (Lhoullier); his children Catherine, Eric and Ian (Francine); his brother Lynn (Betty); his sister-in-law Barbara (Kerr); his nephews Dwight (Stacey), David and James (Katheryn); grand nieces and nephews; his aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dale’s wishes are to be cremated with no visitation or funeral service. His ashes will be interred in Athelstan, Que. in August, 2012.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program, the department of oncology and the palliative care unit of the Chalmers Regional Hospital. The family extends its heartfelt thanks to Dr. Colpitts, Dr. Broad and Dr. Gowan.

For those who wish, memorials may be made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor’s choice.
