Margaret Rose Chase

The passing of Margaret Rose Chase, 46, beloved wife of Frank E. Chase of Fredericton occurred Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. She was born in Perth-Andover, N.B. on December 15, 1965. Margaret is a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and worked in the office of the Comptroller for the Province of N.B. for 23 years.

Margaret is survived by her mother Mary L. Caulker (Henry) of Kelowna, B.C.; her husband of almost 24 years, Frank E. Chase; her sister Kim Turgeon (Charles) of Fredericton; her brother Tom Pelkey (Pam) of Fredericton; mother-in-law Elaine Chase of Fredericton; sister-in-law Marie Bryenton (Ray) and brothers-in-law John Chase (Amanda) and Jody Chase (Maryann) all of Calgary, Alberta; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Margaret was predeceased by her father, Winston C. Pelkey.

Although there will be no visiting hours, friends are welcome to join the family at a memorial service for Margaret to be held Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1045 St. Mary’s St., Fredericton with Mr. Carl Smith officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses on 4SE at the Chalmers Hospital, for all of their professionalism, respect and kindness that was shown to Margaret and her family during her time of illness.
