The passing of Albert "Sonny" Andrew McCoy of Fredericton, NB occurred on, January 14, 2012 at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital, he was 66. Born in Rusagonis NB, he was a son of the late Albert and Jane (Polchies) McCoy.

Survived by his wife Gloria Gallagher of Fredericton; sons James McCoy (Gloria) of Lakeville Corner and James (Sandra) Gaigneur of Scotchtown NB, his number 1 grandson Shane McCoy; brother Ernest McCoy of Fredericton.  Also survived by several cousins and nieces.

Although there will be no visitation or funeral service at this time, a graveside service will be held in the spring in the St Anthony’s Roman Catholic Cemetery.

Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.  Bishop’s Funeral Home has been entrusted with Albert’s arrangements 458-1885.
