The passing of Winnifred Margaret Goguen of Lincoln NB occurred on Tuesday, March 2, 2020 at Hospice Fredericton. She was 81. Born in Saint John NB, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Nettie (Craft) Hickman.
Anglican by faith, Winnifred worked for many years at the Bank of Nova Scotia & Toronto Dominion
Survived by one daughter Leslie Booker and her husband Garth of Fort McMurray Alberta, Tim Goguen and his wife Kim MacFarlane of Lower Queensbury, two grandchildren, Hannah & Samuel Booker, three sisters, Barbara Nixon of Saint John NB, Norma Love also from Saint John NB, Charlotte Hickman of Wickham NB, two sisters in law, Pat Chiperfield (Leslie) of PEI & Shirley Goguen (Gerry) of Saint John, several nieces, nephews & great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Francis, five brothers, Francis, Raymond, Don, Lloyd & Jimmy, two sisters Shirley Peacock & Elsie Craft.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton, where visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 from 2-6 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday March 6th, 2020 at 2PM from the Christ Church, Parish Church, 245 Westmorland Street Fredericton with The Venerable John Sharpe and The Rev.Canon Wandlyn Snelgrove officiating. Interment will take place in the spring.
