Delores Mary Garvey was called to her eternal home on Friday March 22, 2019. She was born to the late Mary Byers on March 3, 1941 in Charlottetown, PEI and went on to spend her life in Fredericton, NB.

Delores is forever loved by her husband John Garvey, daughters Brenda Jordan, Juneann Melanson (Gary), Janice Gowan (Dale), Terri McGraw Austin (John), step son James Garvey; 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and sisters Shirley McCain (Vincent), Sandra Allen (Ron), and Carol McPhie (Kent Davis) and many extended family.  All of these she loved and touched deeply.

Delores is predeceased by her infant son Gary McCarty, step son Jeremy Garvey, and brother John Byers.

Delores was dedicated to her family first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as "Nanny". She will be remembered for her love of cooking, her immaculately kept home, the pleasure she took in her beautiful plants and flowers, and her soft heart.

With her deep love for God she touched the world in a special way, leaving wonderful memories, love, and a lasting imprint on our hearts. "More than all the stars…"
