Early morning Wednesday March 6, 2019, Ronald Eugene DesRoches (51) of Fredericton, NB, passed away suddenly at home. 

He grew up in Saint John with countless friends and memories. His fondest memories included his dirt bike, his many family dogs, and his mom Margaret. The light of his life was his daughter Sydney, who he adored greatly. There was never a dull moment when they were together, always cracking jokes and laughing. He was a hard worker since a young age and always loved a chance to fix something. He was a caring and sweet man no matter what and always put others before himself. His kindness and sense of humor made it hard for his friends and family to not love him.

Ron will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Sydney, his partner Emily, his brother Jonathan, his father Eugene (Bonnie), and his dog Sadie. He was predeceased by his beloved mother Margaret.

A celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Thursday, March 14th, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton with Rev. Wayne Flowers officiating. Following the service, there will be a reception at Smythe Street Church, 913 Smythe St., Fredericton, at 3pm. In honor of Ron we will be taking donations for the SPCA.
