Faye Gray Brewer of Kingsclear, NB passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 29, 2018 at the Thomas Hall Shannex in Fredericton. Born on May 7, 1935 in Tilley New Brunswick. She was the oldest child of Sherman and Reta (nee Sands) Hanscom.
 
Faye was a retired Nurse, she trained and worked at the Victoria Public Hospital, Plaster Rock Hospital and the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital.
 
She is survived by her devoted husband Alex Brewer and her children Stephen Gray (Margie), Penny Saunders (Dave),  Mark Gray (Karen), Jon Brewer, Cathy Benoit (Chuck), Arlene Krasowski (Bill), Kim Pearce (Doug). Her sisters Cora Bedford, Myrna Dawn Hanscom, brothers Darrill Hanscom (Shirley), Roger Hanscom (Margie), Dana Hanscom (Grace), Willis Hanscom (Mollie). Faye is survived by many grandchildren, including great grandchildren.
 
Besides her parents she is predeceased by her loving husband O.M. Eldon Gray.
 
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, where visitation will take place on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00. The funeral service will take place at 2:00 in the Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel  with Pastor Dale Riley officiating. Interment to follow at Prince William Cementary.
