The passing of Charles (Charlie) Lewis Clark occurred on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton.

Born December 31, 1948 in North Bay, ON he was the only child of Charles and Annie (Shaw) Clark. At age 5, Charlie and his Mom and Dad moved to Fredericton where he lived his entire life. As a heavy equipment mechanic, he worked for Elm Tree Concrete and Atlas Construction before early retirement due to health reasons. As someone said, "Charlie was a big man with a huge heart who will always be remembered as a kind and gracious soul."

Charlie was predeceased by his parents and sister-in-law Cheryl Kennard. He is survived by his wife Carol (Kennard) Clark; step-children, Mark (Tanya) Buckley and Lisa (John) Sawyer as well as three step-grandsons, Drew (Sabrina), Lee and Tyler,

As per family wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Interment will take place in the Rural Cemetery on the Woodstock Road at a later date.
