The passing of Jean Margaret Woods of Fredericton occurred on Friday June 8th, 2018 at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. She was 83. Born in Fredericton NB on June 13, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Floyd Arnold and Nora Jamieson.
Jean is survived by six children, Cathy Ingraham, Rick Woods (Hugette), Dawn Keenan (Darrell), Steven Woods, Bobby Woods, Debbie Fortin (Gerald), several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank Woods, a son Alan Woods, grandsons Troy Woods and Rodger McCarty, son-in-law Reginald Ingraham as well as four sisters and two brothers.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road where visitation will take place on Monday, June 11th, 2018 from 7-9PM. A funeral service will take place at Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, June 12th, 2018 at 2 PM with Rev. Annabella Vasquez de San Jose officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunny Bank Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations in memory of Jean can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Pallbearers for the service will be Mark Woods, Benji Woods, Bobby Woods, Anthony and Derrick McCarty and Jerry Fortin.
