The passing of Jean Pauline MacDonald of Lincoln, NB occurred on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Born in Woodstock, NB on January 24, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Charles C. and Pearl M. (Burnett) Kennedy.

Jean was a retired Civil Servant with the Federal Government.

Jean is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Roy Stillman MacDonald; nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Jean was predeceased by sister Mary Atkinson, and brothers Wesley, Walter and Charles Kennedy.

Respecting Jean’s wishes, cremation has taken place with no visitation hours or formal funeral service. Interment in the MacKenzie Corner United Church Cemetery, Woodstock, NB at a later date.

The family wishes to express its gratitude to Dr. Kathleen Woods and the friends, neighbours and caregivers whose support made it possible for Jean to spend her last days at home, as she wished.
