It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Keith Morton of Maugerville, NB, on Monday, October 16, 2017. Keith was 78. Born in Maugerville on February 12, 1939 he was the son of the late Donald Edwin and Bertha Alice (Morton) Morton.

Keith was a welder by trade having worked for York Steel for many years. He loved the outdoors and one of his favorite pastimes was to go fishing.

Keith will be dearly missed by his daughter, Shellie Morton of Fredericton and his two much loved grandsons, Brody Durling of Fredericton and Connor Durling (Kira French) of Barrie, ON. He also leaves behind two sisters, Sandra Day and Elizabeth Morton both of Maugerville; nieces and nephews and the mother of his only child, Debbie Davis.

Aside from his parents, Keith was predeceased by a sister, Myrna Wilkinson and a brother-in-law, Raymond Day.

Respecting Keith’s wishes, there will be no visitation or formal funeral service. Interment will be private.

Bishop’s Funeral Home (458-1885) have been entrusted with the arrangements.
