At the Doctor Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Wednesday September 27, 2017 Charles Edward Bourque of Lincoln passed away at the age of 78. Born in Lincoln he was a son of the late Ernest and Isabelle (Ouellette) Bourque. Catholic by faith, Charles was a Dairy Farmer by trade for most of his life.  Charlie was active in the dairy industry associations, Knights of Columbus, the Parish of Saint Francis of Assisi, and the Lincoln Lion’s Club.

He is survived by his wife Brenda (Allison) Bourque, one son Troy Bourque (Alix) of Okotoks, Alberta, one daughter Tracy Steeves (Peter), of Fredericton; three grandchildren Andrew, Allyson and Sam, two sisters Lillian and Pauline, five brothers Albert, Bobby, George, Paul and Mitch, as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Resting at Bishop Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton, where the family will receive friends and visitors on Sunday, October 1st, 2017 from 2-4 PM only. A mass of Christian burial will take place on Monday, October 2nd, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Lincoln at 11AM with Father Maria Arokiam officiating, assisted by Father John Jennings. Interment to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
