Le samedi 30 juillet m. Raymond (Ray) Haché de Quebec est décédé à Fredericton.  Née à Caraquet, Il était le fils de feu Albani et Victoria ( Lacroix) Haché.

Ray à gradué de l'université Saint Dunstan's et déménage à Baie Comeau où il fait sa carrière en éducation pour plus de 30 ans. Il a enseigné au Baie Comeau High School, une petite école anglophone de la maternelle au secondaire cinq où il s'est retiré comme principale de cette école.

Ray était un passionné de course, un marathonien avec un meilleure temps de 3hrs 10 minutes.  Il adorait le patin en ligne et sur glace, le ski de fond, et le cyclisme.  Ray passait plusieurs jour par semaine sur glace durant toute l'année.  Il venait tout juste de s'acheter une nouvelle paire de patin pour jouer au hockey.  La semaine dernière il rejoint sa fille France et un groupe de cycliste de Fredericton pour une randonnée de 40 KM.  Samedi lui et sa famille était sur la rivière Nashwaak pour quelque heure de tube.

Ray laisse dans le deuils son épouse de 55 ans, Micheline Therrien, trois enfants; France Haché (David) de Fredericton NB, Pierre Haché (Shannon) de Gander T.-N.-L., Catherine  Haché de Calgary AB; cinq petits-enfants, Sébastien, Victoria, Siera, Dominique et Tristan.  Une sour, Cécile Lévesque (Marc) de Québec, deux frères, Euclide Hachey (Betty) de Bathurst, Paul Haché (Lorraine) de Montréal, ainsi que plusieurs nièces neveux, cousins et cousines.  Ray laisse aussi dans le deuil une niece très spécial Nohémie Therrien de Montréal.

M Raymond Haché sera exposé au salon Bishop's, 540 chemain Woodstock, Fredericton.  Les heures de visites seront le jeudi  3 août de 18h à 20 h.

Ses funérailles auront lieu le vendredi 4 août à 11h en l'église Sainte Anne des Pays Bas Fredericton.  L'inhumation aura lieu au Québec.

On Sunday July 30, 2017 Raymond (Ray) Haché of Quebec, QC passed away in Fredericton at the age of 82. Born in Caraquet, NB, he was a son of the late Albani and Victoria (Lacroix) Haché.

Ray graduated from Saint Dunstan's University and moved to Baie Comeau where he set himself on a career course as an Educator for over 30 years. Ray taught at Baie Comeau High School, a small but mighty English school for students from Kindergarten to Secondary V. Ray retired after serving as the school's principal.

Ray was an avid runner, a marathoner in fact, with a best time of 3 hours and 10 minutes. He loved rollerblading, ice skating, cross country skiing and cycling. Ray was on the ice several times a week all year long ice skating and had just purchased a new pair of skates to replace his worn  out hockey skates. Last week Ray joined his daughter France and a group of Fredericton cyclists for a 40-kilometer ride and on Saturday took his family on the Nashwaak River for a couple of hours tubing.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Micheline Therrien; three children France Haché (David) of Fredericton, Pierre Haché (Shannon) of Gander, NL, Catherine Haché of Calgary, AB; five grandchildren Sébastien, Victoria, Siera, Dominique and Tristan; three siblings Cécile Lévesque (Marc) of Quebec, QC, Euclide Hachey (Betty) of Bathurst, NB, Paul Haché (Lorraine) of Montréal, QC; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Ray is also survived by a very special niece, Nohémie Therrien, of Montreal, Quebec.

Visitation will be held at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton on Thursday August 3, 2017 from 6–8 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Friday August 4, 2017 at 11 am at Sainte-Anne-des-Pays-Bas Roman Catholic Church on Priestman Street in Fredericton with Father Shawn Daley officiating. Interment will take place in Quebec at a later date. The family would appreciate donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
