"Son, I loved you my whole life…I’ll miss you for the rest of mine." Alan Boyd of Moncton, beloved son of Myra (Allinson) Boyd and the late William (Bill) Boyd completed his earthly journey on Wednesday July 26th, 2017 at the Moncton City Hospital. He was 58.
Alan was a man of faith, a solid Christian, who knew how to trust in the One who loved him most. His working career as a Security Officer gave him an opportunity to serve as a protective agent for several agencies.
His passing leaves a void in the lives of his loving and devoted mother Myra and sons, Michael and Lance, also Aunts Catharine and Helen and his many cousins. Aside from his father Bill (2006), and uncles, Billy Allinson and Frank Austin also predeceased him.
The family will receive condolences at the Queenstown United Baptist Church, 4591 Rte. 102, Queenstown, NB on Sunday July 30th, 2017 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A service celebrating the life of Alan Boyd will be held at the same location on Monday July 31st, 2017 at 2 PM. Interment to follow in the Upper Hampstead Baptist Church Cemetery.
Donations to the S.P.C.A. of your choice or the Riverview Animal Hospital, 550 Pine Glen Rd., Riverview, NB E1B 4X2 and the Queenstown Baptist Church has been designated for memorial contributions.
