At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Monday November 14, 2016 Rev. Willis Arbeau of Fredericton passed away at the age of 88. Born in Gray Rapids, NB, he was a son of the late Charles and Bertha (Nelson) Arbeau. He started his calling by preaching home services in Penniac. From there, he pastored in McAdam; Caribou/Fort Kent, ME; Edmundston and Marysville, where he retired. Willis loved reading the bible; soul winning and preaching.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Geneva; four children Barb Parker (Larry) of Fredericton, Jerry Arbeau (Christine) of Red Bank, NB, Richard Arbeau (Shirley) of Quispamsis, NB and Billy Arbeau (Tammy) of Goldsboro, NC; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also predeceased by a daughter Deborah Morin; brothers Edison, John, Fred, Larry and Stanley; a sister Sadie.
Resting at Capital Community Church in Marysville on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at Capital Community Church on Friday November 18, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Raymond Woodward officiating assisted by Rev. Jack Leaman. Interment will be held at the Dayton Cemetery.
