Bernice Josephine Mehlitz passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton on October 18, 2016. She was born in Fredericton on August 17, 1929.

She is survived by her husband Siegfried A. Mehlitz Sr.; three sons, Pierre, Siegfried A. Jr., Paul and their families.

At Bernice’s request there will be no visitation or service. May she rest in peace. Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton have been entrusted with the arrangements.

Donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Chalmers Hospital or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
