It is with sad hearts that the family of Darrell Allison Boyle announce his passing on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at White Rapids Manor, Fredericton Junction, NB. Born in Fredericton on June 4, 1928, he was a son of the late Austin and Mary (Moore) Boyle.

Darrell was a Baker by trade. He was also known as a great handyman by many and was skilled at a wide range of repairs especially around the house and was ready and willing to handle any "fix-up" tasks.

Darrell leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 65 years, the former Evelyn M. Fradsham. He was a loving father to Debbie (Pierre) of Calgary, David (Ruth) of Charters Settlement, Mary (Allison) of Nasonworth, Patrick (Irene) and Andrew (Elen) both of Calgary; a much loved grandfather to Jonathan, Jennifer, Jason, Jessica, Malinda, Sara, Luke, Ty, Anne-Marie and Cassidy; a very special great-grandfather to Nicholas, Travis, Jaelin, Sebastian, Holden, Declan, Isaac and Felix. Darrell is also survived by a brother Pat Boyle (Ronna) and sisters-in-law, Eva Fradsham and Gloria Sacobie (Ray); nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Darrell was predeceased by a son Michael (1986), two brothers and one sister.

By request of the family there will be no visitation or funeral service at this time. A graveside service at the Forest Hill Cemetery will be held at a later date. The family have designated the Diabetes Association and the Alzheimer’s Society for those who wish to make a donation to a charity in memory of Darrell.

The family are very grateful to the nurses and staff of White Rapids Manor for the outstanding and excellent care Darrell received and for the love and concern shown to the family.
